Emma Spedding is a very bright bubbly and enthusiastic phone operator/ consultant she has the ability to enable students to enrol and to study in the correct field she ensures that the course will be suitable for students and she encourages them, enables them to have the courage to study. It has been a pleasure to encounter Emma and I hope to stay in contact with her. To be honest she is the first consultant that has given me the ability to strive towards my goal.
