What kind of accreditation/qualification can I achieve?

Upon completion of your short pathway course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion and Certificate of Attainment. You will also receive a transcript of all the units you have completed.

How long is my course?

The majority of our courses take approximately 200 hours to complete, over a series of weeks. Check out the course page or download the course brochure for your subject of study, where we outline this information in further detail.

What is flexible learning/study?

Flexible learning is all about studying at a pace and in a way which best suits you. Morning, noon or night. For twenty minutes or two hours at a time. In a cafe, at home, or in a library. You can go at your own pace, set your start and finish times, and choose an environment which effectively supports your learning.

What about deadlines?

There are no set deadlines. Whilst you will have 12 months total access to your course contents, in this time you can complete your course as swiftly or slowly as you wish. That’s the freedom of flexible learning!

Are there any age limits?

Whilst there are no specific age requirements, if you are under the age of 18, we will need to speak with a guardian.

What’s the cost?

You can find course fees on the course page or in the course brochure. If you have trouble locating this information contact us here and we’ll be happy to clarify this for you.

What payment plans are available?

Depending on your eligibility, we offer the option of interest-free payment plans which can be as little as $25 per week (approx). Alternatively, if you wish to pay off a course cost upfront, we can discuss a discount.

Who are your payment partners?

We partner with Payright, Payleadr, Moneyme and Study Pay. Our partners are all Australian owned and operated and hold the appropriate licences.

How much access to my tutors will I have?

You will be able to email or phone your course tutor 6 days a week. If you have any questions or would like further support on specific units of study, your tutors will be there to help you have the best learning experience possible.

Are there any assessments?

There will be assessments, but don’t panic! This is simply to ensure you’ve fully grasped the course material. Your tutors will offer personalised feedback, and you will also have the opportunity to retake any tests too.

What does my course include?

All course inclusions- your units of study and (if relevant) kit inclusions – can be found on the course page and listed within your course brochure. If you have any trouble locating this information or would like some further information, please contact us here. Don’t forget; we also offer a 3-day trial period. This means you can take a look at the complete course contents in this time and decide whether it’s for you, risk-free.

How long do I have access to course materials?

You will have 12 months to access course materials, with extensions considered on an individual basis. During this time, you will have 24/7 access to your course contents.

What happens if I run out of kit materials?

No worries. Simply get in touch and let us know, and we’ll be happy to send our replacements to top your kit back up.
