In this course, you will learn all about Australian native wildlife, including their anatomy, physiology, taxonomy and classification, diet, as well as general principles on care and captivity, conservation and rescue, plus first aid basics. This is in addition to module units that focus specifically on the logistics and systems supporting wildlife sustainability and conservation, covering topics such as planning wildlife conservation, habitat management, conducting vegetation flora surveys and more.

Upon completion of your short pathway course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion and Certificate of Attainment. You will also receive a transcript of all the units you have completed.
Flexible learning is all about studying at a pace and in a way which best suits you. Morning, noon or night. For twenty minutes or two hours at a time. In a cafe, at home, or in a library. You can go at your own pace, set your start and finish times, and choose an environment which effectively supports your learning.
There are no set deadlines. Whilst you will have 12 months total access to your course contents, in this time you can complete your course as swiftly or slowly as you wish. That’s the freedom of flexible learning!
Whilst there are no specific age requirements, if you are under the age of 18, we will need to speak with a guardian.
