Your Floristry Course will start by exploring fundamental floral design principles, including colour theory, composition and design theory, and flower care, ensuring a strong foundation for creating stunning professional floral arrangements.
This Floristry Course also covers marketing and branding for florists, helping you develop a strong understanding of how to start and grow your business.
You will learn the essentials of business operations, from budgeting and inventory management to supplier negotiations and logistics, ensuring you are well-equipped to manage a successful floristry business. Additionally, you will develop your cutting and conditioning skills, ensuring you can keep blooms and foliage’s fresh and in good condition from building the arrangement, to customer purchase.

Upon completion of your short pathway course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion and Certificate of Attainment. You will also receive a transcript of all the units you have completed.
Flexible learning is all about studying at a pace and in a way which best suits you. Morning, noon or night. For twenty minutes or two hours at a time. In a cafe, at home, or in a library. You can go at your own pace, set your start and finish times, and choose an environment which effectively supports your learning.
There are no set deadlines. Whilst you will have 12 months total access to your course contents, in this time you can complete your course as swiftly or slowly as you wish. That’s the freedom of flexible learning!
Whilst there are no specific age requirements, if you are under the age of 18, we will need to speak with a guardian.
