I have just finished the first module of the Wildlife Veterinary Assistant Certificate: Animal Health Care. I have learnt a lot and pushed myself to submit excellent assignments. I really liked the tasks as it pushed me to do my own research and seek out the help of professionals, I therefore met a lot of people within the Animal Care industry. As a way to complete some tasks, I started volunteering at RSPCA and discovered myself a true passion for animals and their care. I took on this course for my personal knowledge, but I am now thinking of taking it further (probably going to uni to study environmental science in a few years) and maybe make a career out of it. I cannot wait to start my second module: Wildlife Conservation and discover more about this fascinating world!
