Its not just Online Courses, Its an Online Family! It’s not just the courses or the content, it’s the Staff and the student support they offer, that has me recommending every one looking to study online, to head here! From the enrolment team to the course tutors! Amazing!! Elizabeth, Dale and Phil just to name a few, have been with me every step of the way!! At the beginning of my enrolment, there were some issues with receiving my course kits and communication direct with the supplier, seemed to go around in circles, and my kits seemed to have disappeared, I can not put into words th feelings of relief and gratitude, i had the second Elizabeth stepped in to investigate, she personally followed up and got answers, with the help and support of Dale and Phil, (and im sure many others,) to hunt down and get some answers. I wasn’t treated as just another number. I was kept in the loop with regular updates, through the whole thing, even to this day! Ill get and email, just a little check in to see how I’m going with my study! I signed up for 2 courses, im now in the process of getting started on my 3rd!! And I will be signing on for more! Anyone can offer online courses, but you need the staff to be on the ball And My Online Learning, have in my opinion not only great courses, but the Staff to back it up!!!
